OT The Ollila name.

Don't trust me on this, but the roots are probably the
same as for Olav, Olof,Olle,Oleg as well as Ulla and Olga??

The finnish version becomes Olli to fit the finnish
language and the -la ending means "the place, house,
farm of", a regular thing for finnish names.

But often there are 2-3 roots for names, pronounciation can
change "by itself" or be changed by the need to write
them down, especially when two or more languages, spelling
rules and practices are involved.

Tero (and Kuittinen) seem to be more finnish-only names??

But really stupid "linguistic wars" have been fought on
less than one hidden or invisible, silent, long ago
disappeared mythical consonant..
