This is, of course, blatantly false. From the beginning he clearly(you can't even begin to argue against this with a shred of credibility) sought only a count skewed in his favor, then blamed Bush for not asking for the same.

Such a scenario was never intended in law, and such askings are purely Un-American. WE DON'T COUNT VOTES THAT WAY AND THE LAW NMEVER INTENDED THAT WE SHOULD.
Candidates who engage in asking for unfair counting advantages don't deserve to hold any office.
