Yeah, the USSC has a lot of credibility here, with Republican hack Scalia writing this.

The counting of votes that are of questionable
legality does in my view threaten irreparable harm to
petitioner, and to the country, by casting a cloud upon
what he claims to be the legitimacy of his election.


As if thugs, I mean, Republican Congressional staffers on paid "holiday" storming the Broward county courthouse to stop the counting doesn't cast just the tiniest bit of doubt on the "legitimacy" of the Bush restoration.

It's a joke. The best part of the joke is, that with W's expressed admiration for Scalia and Thomas, the political hacks may well end up a majority on the USSC too.
