Gore would not have been allowed a statewide recount. The fix is in. don't you get it. The republicans are now calling in all the favors. The rules and laws you refer to are but a thin veneer of the integrity that was the U.S. system. The Supreme Court wants to stop the count, Monday they will say "My Bad, Proceed if you can finish in fifteen minutes". TP
