>>>His operatives sued to get them tossed.<<<
I'm sure you know that Gore had no operatives camped out in the GOP-dominated voting office, nor were any Democratic operatives invited to bring their campaing equipment. As a result, the Dems lost 550 potential votes. Look, you know that's unfair just as well as I do.
>>>Where have you been?
I've been camped out in front of the facts. Why you trying to distort the facts?
>>>There was a trial in front of a Democratic judge.<<<
Are you writing about the judge who all the GOPwingers condemned and tried to get recused? GOPwingers didn't spare any attacks on her, did they?
>>>She ruled, Gore lost, votes were counted. Shall I repeat?<<<
Yes, both she and Lewis ruled, in the spirit that enough votes in Florida had already been damanged--Palm Beach, miliary ballots, minority voter impediments, etc.--and didn't feel the proper remedy was to take out more votes. In line with the other judicial decision, to count the uncounted votes, I think Clark and Lewis' judgments were prudent.
>>>ps.Last I heard, Gore's operatives were going to appeal, Sheesh! Not only that, they were trying to throw out all votes, even the innocents(although it was proved in court that all the voters were innocent).<<<
I think your reading my comments above give you a reflection as to where I'm at on this. By the way, were those elderly folk in Palm Beach who joined the lawsuit against the butterfly ballot operatives also?
Clearly, and on balance you should agree, the folks altering the absentee ballots in Seminole and Martin counties were operatives. |
