I'm trying to find the article, but it actually stated that enviro's favored the Calpine plant at Coyote Valley, having been consulted with all along by CPN officials. CPN's main opposition is Cisco and the city of San Jose. Cisco does not want an unsightly power plant within view of their massive new campus. Not certain as to the extent of the sweetheart deal between CSCO and the city of San Jose. Warp
