Well, Wayne, thats why I am not buying any "cheap" NASDAQ stocks... I will buy them (the good ones) once they get on the OTCBB. These companies think they can save themselves from being delisted by doing a R/S... that only serves to run what few shareholders there are left out of the stock. Also, not buying any NAZ stocks (or listed) stocks under $20 that have no bottoms on the chart... No telling how cheap these things might become. Tom
