No, the circus started with the selective, skewed test hand re-counts of a few select heavily Democrat precincts, and extrapolating the results in a meaningless way, and the butterfly Trojan Horse and the civil rights claims by Wexler and Jackson. It went downhill from there.

If you flip a coin once and it comes up "heads," can you extrapolate that result to say that if you flipped it ten times you would get "heads" ten times? Of course not. That's what they did with the initial screwy, skewed test hand-counts.
