President Elect Bush was certified as the winner of the Nov 7 election in Florida after a complete, total, full, count of every vote cast in Florida. Every vote cast on or before Nov 7. Winning Florida gave President Elect Bush the Electoral Vote rightly as he won the populace vote by a landslide of 13 million.
