No selloff on Monday..."U.S. Supreme Court Halts Florida Recounts"...3:21 PM Dec. 09, 2000 Niceguy, Its an interesting turn of events; apparently the law is not clear on whether manual recount of the votes in question should be done. In both cases the justices in the two courts were almost evenly split on their respective decisions. Man, will election reform be a big issue after this is over. If there was to be a selloff on Monday, it would be from the uncertainty that the FL Supreme Ct decision on Friday reinserted into the process. I don't think this latest decision has removed that uncertainty. I guess we will see on Monday. ted
