There's been a red herring tossed around the media and these boards the last week. The "worry" pushed by the Democrats was that some FOI request would allow ballots to be counted after the election. I saw a Congressman from Missouri on TV today who said that ballots are not subject to FOI requests and that they would be sealed and burned after the election.
