Ken - re: "my performance through yesterday is up only plus 27.6% since 12/31/99" Congratulations, well done. I have to report, sadly, that my portfolio is down 14% YTD, with the only real winners being CIEN and TYC. I have more than made that loss up with option plays, but my overall gain is well below my 20% annual target. My best option play was SUNW, the one where I unloaded most of my call and LEAP options as SUNW got to near 120, that JC seemed so upset about. I also "accidentally" made out pretty well on protective puts but have not yet cashed those in. Anyone who is up over 20% YTD on the base equity position in this market certainly gets my respect.
