This is your problem with your argument. The ballots are now and shall always be evidence. No person will be allowed to touch them outside of a court ordered government usage. Touching of the ballots outside of the strict guidelines for handling of evidence will render them contaminated. There are far to many to create facsimiles or copies, so I doubt they will be counted by a newspaper or university. TG
