Another reason why the re-re-recount fails to identify the "legal votes".... ABC showed a county which was running the ballots through their machine in an attempt to scan for the undervotes. They found that the total "votes detected" were off from the certified total by sixty. This means that any use of the machine to select undervotes might come up with a lower total of votes found (meaning that undervotes selected out and added to the previous certified total would give some people two votes counted) or a higher total (some don't get their vote counted at all).
