I have an Appian quad head at work on a 2K machine. I did not install the card myself.

There seems to be a minor issue with the driver installed on the machine. I was told not to change the driver myself as the vendor had trouble removing a driver on a similar machine. They ended up having to reinstall 2K.

I am not planning on changing the driver. Sometimes on boot the icons are grayed out. The work around is to check video properties...change the resolution...and then put it back as it was. Then everything works until the next boot...not a big issue for me.

I believe there is a newer driver.

I also have a Matrox dual head G400 on an NT machine. I prefer the Appian as it has better options for window/display control.

Regards
