A secondary offering or warrants would do nicely, once the share price rises from bid $2.50 to $5.00-$10.00, which looks likely once it becomes evident ARCI may earn up to $1.00 this year, up sharply from last year's loss of $6.52. Q2 EPS will tell a lot about the year, since Q1-Q2 is always a big seasonal spurt, and is followed by even bigger Q3. A $10M offering would more than triple the book value (at which the stock is trading now), and pay off all debt. ARCI could resume aggressive store openings and subsidize new stores until they reach profitability, and better weather the potential loss of Edison contract, whose revs could be replaced with 15 new stores.

Think about it.
