I haven't been around in awhile. I have left the Technical Institute where I have worked for a few years and have accepted a position with the coolest company in the world. I have some time to come around and read (haven't been able to do that for awhile) and was amazed to see some of the posts here.
I saw one poster who just said he was removing the bookmark. I can't imagine that anyone would have this thread bookmarked prospectively so it must be for entertainment value.
I bookmarked this thread because it is a triumph of sanity. I keep a lot of bookmarks for old times sake.

The death of this promotion (IPMCF) has saved countless investors grief and loss. Thanks to posters like Bill Jackson and Eric Charters and Tim, countless investors avoided this stock.
This was a promotion designed to take the small players money. It differed from Bre-X in scale and perversity. The attempt here was to exploit the dreams that people have and to do it in a deliberate and rude fashion. Here it was the little guy who took the kick in the cajones, big players knew and would sooner have smoked crack than get involved with this scam.
If it did, I would shoot it again. Then when I shot it again, I would get it stuffed again. The question then remains...
It really is amazing how the circle goes around and around, it's nothing like the spiral. Here we have spiralled up. By recognizing this for what it was, and collectively slaughtering it, we changed the world in our favour. As small investors, we have every right to be proud.
