I respectfully disagree with what Judge Scalia says. One thing I will guarantee is that the failure to count those votes will cast a cloud upon Bush's legitimacy for a very, very long time. It will haunt his Presidency for its entirety.

BTW, I wonder if the right respectully disagreed when the FL SC made their ruling.

The stay is pretty much the final nail in the coffin. There's no way they would have issued that stay unless they have already made their decision a priori.
