I agree - But what proof do you have that giving the right to vote to the felons was intentional.

OTOH I have no doubt (and it was admmitted in a court of law) that the official knew what she was doing was in clear violation of the law but did it anyway.

There is plenty of whining on both sides.
So I just say:
Count the damn votes, all of them, and be done with it.
I am not at all convinced Gore would win this.
AND - we would have a legitimate president if we did.

Bush looks like one big ass hypocrite to me.
