Dr. Hed, at the risk of starting an intense debate that I lack the time to pursue, would you comment on the unwinding of the Reliant deal? More specifically, some feel that this deal was top line heavy and lacking on the bottom line. The big revenues looked awfully appealing to us revenue-starved longs. This was a deal Gordon brought to the table; Gordon was long of fluff at times and short on substance. By stepping back from the deal, the new management has taken an action that on the surface appears to be a step backwards. In reality, the company would have suffered considerable dilution in return for precious little on the bottom line. Do you think this event signals a new attitude from management with regard to dilution? TIA. Suzanne
