This statement is equally as bad because it is a negative sweeping generalization.

I understand the Republican Party has been against several policies for women (e.g. pro-drive-by deliveries, anti-FML, etc.), and thus, through the particular policies they decided to support (or not support) have earned a reputation for their policies being less-than-friendly towards women, particularly career women, however, it would be incorrect to generalize this negative aspect of certain influential Reps that were elected in Congress during the 106th, 105th, 104, 103, 102, 101, 100, 99, 98, 97th congressional sessions to all Republicans, or to generalize it to all of today's Rep voters, which currently consisted of 49% of the voters of this country.
