RE: legal action taken For those of us who don't think there is manipulation and do not support GATA, it is also good news a lawsuit has finally been filed. Maybe it will be dealt with in a prompt manner or even be dismissed. This will eliminate the perception the gold market is rigged, which has probably prevented many potential investors from investing in the sector.
