The question has no relevance, the question isn't who but what.

A decision for Gore at this point would be backing an attempt to steal an already legally announced certification by the Secretary of State of the State of Florida who followed the laws of the United States and the State of Florida and went the extra mile with the Florida Supreme Court.

There can be no other legal ruling.
