Suzanne, from reading the Reliant news release on the cancellation of the deal, it seems that they came to the conclusion that TIGI did not disclose "everything", and once they did, they decided not to put their healthy head in a sick bed, this was not a cancellation by TIGI. In fairness, I have not analyzed Reliant balance sheet and income statement, but anything with a top line which is growing rapidly would have been better than no top line at all and overhead growing rapidly. I doubt dilution was any consideration at all, unless Reliant insisted that they control the share printing process, not Gordon or Bruss.

Suzanne, you must come to a point in the road where you ask yourself, do you have any faith left in the ability of this management (or will for that matter) to make money for you the investor? I have concluded long ago that Gordon lacks any moral compass and any gift in the area of "company building" and stoped monitoring the company. When you come to a similar conclusion, you should simply take your losses and run.
