It is in the eyes of the beholder. Most of us felt the Fl. supreme court was the one who, unfortunately, displayed partisan, activist tendencies. They forced the US supreme court to act to uphold law and the separation of powers. In my opinion, the US supreme court had no choice but to protect the constitution and rein in the rogue Fl. supreme court.
