Even if all six million ballots in Florida were manually counted, we still wouldn't know what "the truth" is because we will never agree on the standard whereby a ding on a piece of paper becomes interpreted as a vote.

If Gore cared about "the truth" and "the will of the voter" he wouldn't

1. have tried to keep out military overseas ballots;

2. have tried to throw out innocently cast ballots in Seminole and Martin Counties;

3. have selectively asked for recounts in only three counties in Florida.
