In both instances, Gore gained votes. He was gaining votes yesterday until the Supreme Court decided to suppress the truth. Both counties applied the same standard and obtained a more accurate recount than using just the machine
count. Should Gore be denied the most accurate count obtainable because the counties used obsolete equipment?
