The problem is that I think both Supreme courts are just spewing out verbage to justify whatever they feel like doing for whatever personal/political reasons they have. I suppose the the five conservative USSC justices would rather see Bush win and appoint more of the own. I believe USSC just wants to avoid a mess that will hurt the country. As I pointed out FLA justice Wells probably was in the minority for that very same reason. These people are thinking about the well being of the country; they don't really have to answer to anyone to justify their actions. My feeling is that Gore was the real winner but at this point I would rather it end. I am long this market!
