nasdaq is over due based on present valuations for most listings.
many stocks never really recovered from the tech. panic of 96.
this week should bring closer to this florida crap and GW will
be the next pres. i think there is enough cash on hand to make
a year end rally possible. tax loss selling for 2000 i think for the
most part is over. selling now would carry the 30 day rule into 2001
and that is just long enough to miss the bottom here. monday will more
than likely provide you with an opportunity to buy most anything at a
10-15% discount in the morning. my gut feeling though is by mid week nasdaq
should begin the move for a year end rally. i have posted more information
on the yahoo inph board over the last 3 weeks or so. if your looking
for information that may help in your DD i have posted sector and co.
specific information there.

Goldman's Cohen Positive on Small Stocks

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Abby Joseph Cohen, one of Wall Street's most widely watched
strategists, on Friday said she sees a favorable environment for small- and mid-cap stocks.

The Goldman Sachs & Co. (NYSE:GS - news) analyst, a leading Wall Street bull, said she
expects a ``favorable macro environment for small- and mid-cap investing.''

``Smaller issues offer attractive relative valuation, following an extended period of share price
underperformance,'' Cohen said in a note to clients.
