Dems argue that if all the "votes" aren't counted someone will go in after Bush becomes President and count the votes showing that AlGore the Loser won making Bush "illegitimate".

That assumes

1) that the FL "Sunshine" law does allow that - which is disputed, and that also assumes

2) that these "votes" were in fact legal votes - which cannot be the case if the real Supremes do not permit them to be counted

So the Dem's "illegitimacy" argument cannot withstand analysis, like all their other arguments.
