control panel=>system=>device manager=>mice (resources)

In NT 3.X/4:
Programs=>administrative tools=>Windows NT Diagnostics=>resources

In Win2K:
control panel(or programs)=>adminstrative tools=>computer management=>device manager=>mice (properties=>resources)
