I do see your point though...if in fact a hand recount was necessary, it should have been completed on time but should have been statewide...to be fair... But, then...what's really fair? A non partisan machine count or a human dimpled chad, other kind of chad, interpretation of votes? Where do you draw the line at fair? When Gore gets ahead or? Jim
