Nadine, I predict that the Supreme Court will order the disputed Florida ballots to be destroyed or at least placed under lock and key for the term of GWB. They must prevent the possibility of it becoming public knowledge that Gore had more votes in Florida. That is why they stopped the count.

The first step in destroying a democracy is to control the flow of information to the public. While I am no fan of Gore (McCain was my choice), Saturday was a very sad day for world democracy and freedom. We must be willing to select our officials by fair and accurate voting and then all of us support the winner for democracy to survive.

Now that everyone knows how the vote control game is played and that it can succeed even when flagrant, we can expect that future elections will be greatly biased by the control of state and county officials to benefit their party.
