GZ,

I do not know if this was posted already,, But this morning, I heard on the Tim Russert show, that David Bois said that they would abide by the USSC decision on the recount.. and carry it no further.. When that question, was asked of Baker.. He stuttered awhile and then on to say, he couldn't speak for the FL legislature.. SOOOO.

I can't believe the hypocrisy of this segment of the Republicans.. Preaching the rule of law and decisions of our court system.. ONLY if works if their favor., I guess..

Concerning the market reaction.. I think the "market" is much bigger than either party and will quickly find equilibrium not far from current levels and move up.. There really is no "uncertainity" imo, in economic issues as there is not that much difference between the two parties. Only on social issues.. which are related to the economics in some degree but not enough to affect the markets as a whole.

There will be just be some shifting from Demo spending and taxation to Rep spending and their BORROWING policies. They both spend but As we know, only on different things..Also lately, the Dems seem to want to pay as they go while the Reps don't care.. Take what they can get, while they can, and leave someone else to clean up the mess..

I favor the Democratic economic policies... Because I think it favors so much a broader spectrum of our society and doesn't leave the economic mess..

Good luck..c
