I'm not surprised at the slow down in pc sales and
it might only be partially due to the lack of programs
that need high speed micro processors. I'd love
to upgrade my celeron 400 to at least a duron 700
but the cost of natural gas is scaring the heck out of
me. It reached -30 c here last night (-24 f ) and
my furnace ran all night. My last gas bill
was double what it was last year. Looks like that duron
is on hold for now, heating my house will cost me an extra
thousand dollars cdn this year.
Long AMD for a year now.
