Hi Khan and all. NTT's iMode is more or less completely iTRON for now. The Java was also implemented by Access, the company that has provided the iTRON, browser (netFront) and cHTML implementations for iMode. I have heard some talk that the next Access found limitations in their own Java implementation, and have begun talks with Insignia for INSGY Java to be included in the iModes. However, even if this were to happen, they'd probably not publicly acknowledge this. Insgy recently took investments from Sun and BSQR, which basically means MSFT wanst to get involved.

BTW, I appreciate your good inputs on the Sandisk thread.
