Assuming that countinuing the "undervote" count gets blocked 5/4, why not wait to see the complete rationale behind this weeks coming opinion, rather than get carried with the very brief language used in the temporary order? The majority will not make a decison without solid basis in the law. There reputation in history will largely be decided not by their vote on this case, but the rational they use.
