The Chief Justice and the other two most senior justices, who say the Rogue Four are wrong and have no foundation in FL law or the Constitution for what therefore must be a political decision.
The Legislature, the people's representatives, who overwhelmingly say the Rogue Four are wrong.
The Executive, in the Governor and Secretary of State who say the Rogue Four are wrong.
The US Supremes who have said, in effect, you, the Rogue Four, make no sense, and we are about to rebuke you and reverse your nonsense.
In sum, you make no sense, the Rogue Four make no sense, so you agree. |
