Sun Microsystems Falls on Fears It's Losing Ground to Rivals quote.bloomberg.com an opportunity for Compaq proliant and WINTEL in general. Oh well it's gonna be a ton of fun : - vertically integrated company - lousy performance of a proprietary architecture - low end under attack - more and more reliant on high-end with unresolved reliability issues at key customers' - flagship platform "inherited" (i.e UE) - PE at or near historic highs mainly fueled by market hype - potential accounting abuses more ? come on SI, don't i deserve "the cool post of the day " :-))
