Brian, the plain fact is that the U.S. Supreme Court did not follow Florida Law in granting their stay.

FLORIDA LAW DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR AN EQUAL STATEWIDE STANDARD. How can the U.S. Supreme Court therefore stop the count based on lack of an "equal standard"?

That is flat out wrong. Perhaps some other reasons I could have understood, but not that one cited by some members that swung the vote.

I am focusing on the Supreme Court of the land which made a dispicable and illegal ruling for granting a stay.

Maybe the FL Supreme Court ruling is suspect. Maybe Bush deserves to be President. Maybe he would make a better President. But all that is beside the point.

The Supreme Court of the land should not overturn a ruling, even if a bad one, by miscontruing Florida law and saying their needs to be an equal standard applied.

I am arguing law, not politics. That is something you are too biased to do or understand.
