Upon receiving an email 12-7-00 prompting me to log in to preserve my existing password I replied that since I was a "Valued Quote.com User" (their wording) I thought it only fair/good business practice that Quote.com initiate a pro rated refund to customers for a data feed that they're obviously not able to supply on a consistent basis.

As of today 12-10-00 I have received no reply. So as I try to log on today I'm not suprised to find the infamous LOG IN FAILED: USER ACCOUNT NOT FOUND...
