I am arguing law, not politics. That is something you are too biased to do or understand.

I'm sure glad you're not my attorney. The US Constitution takes precedence over the Florida Constitution and the fact there is a violation of "equal rights" probably doesn't concern you too much as it hasn't concerned the democrats.
