I for one didn't like the FSC's ruling to restart hand recounts, since they already set an extended deadline for recounts, and the SOS held to that standard. Now four of those FSC judges want to change the rules once again. If they really wanted all undervotes to be hand counted, they should have said so earlier. However, I think resorting to the USSC for a reprive was worse. This is a perfect case of trying to make a right out of two wrongs. I can't think of any way to defend the USSC's preliminary decision to immediately halt recounts, so I'm not going to try. Tenchusatsu
