Cobe, I use a Votomatic machine and it would take a real idiot to not get their vote right. You stick the probe in a hole, the paper has resistance, then you push down THROUGH the paper. The probe moves about 1/2". Hanging chads will be stripped when you pull the ballot out. Anyone screwing that up probably can't pull the curtain open. Oh shit, another catagory of undercounts, can't get the curtain open.
