Oh was this ever good. Anyone see Fox news at 6 tonight?

First they interviewed Baker and he made some good points, then they interviewed David Boies. Not as good a group of answers.

The Boies interview was long at around 10 minutes. At the end Fox brought three charges to Boies attention that "persons" were concerned about. Boies claimed he wanted to address all three. Paraphrased as I want to address all of those now.

To make a long story short he started with the third, which was the issue with Professor of stats for the Gore team in the Sauls case. Boies went on and on and on about correcting the mistake and a reporter calling the witness and blah blah. He was starting to come unglued. Well time was up, and after a little blame exchange with the reporter, the reporter said to him, "no I want to give you a chance to address them all".

At this point Boies kind of shrugged his hand and said, "nah thats ok". Hun? David Boies willingly shutting his mouth? Hun? Sorry I was confused there.

He was glad and he never got to the misstatement of the Il case with the dimpled chads before the FLA SC. Dodged a bullet he did.

By the time Boies was done not really answering the first question (which was actually the third and more minor) I actually forgot what the second question was. My mistake, but as I figured he was going to talk about each I didn't give that question too much thought when it was tossed out there.

Not pretty.
