I think the only way we can have a legitimate president is to recount the undervotes in Florida using a standard for all 67 counties. Florida has never counted dimpled chads. Let's recount all the undervotes in Florida using the standard that only perforated ballots constitute a legal vote. This will require a recount of all undervotes in all 67 counties (even those previously recounted). It can happen quickly and we'll have a legitimate president. th
