Street, honey, I have already searched both the UN and Share's websites, including the page you offer!

I was unable to find any indication whatever on either site that Share International is funded by the UN.

In fact, I was unable to find any mention of Share International by the UN. At all.

I didn't even find one entry that mentioned them.

You actually think because a UN search engine says something is mentioned it proves the UN funds that entity?

Wrong in, oh let me count the ways. (I'm about to do some counting, as a matter of fact.)

Dude, you're about to learn something about "how the world works," to borrow your phrase. Pay attention.

Now, lest this be "over your head," to borrow that phrase you applied to me, let me explain it to you very simply.

Pull up the first link on your URL, for example. Search for the words Share International. (Use Control + F.)

You will find the word Share 6 times

You will find the word International 40 times.

You will find them linked as "Share International" not once.

Now try it with the second link: 33 "international"s, 10 "share"s. Not a single Share International.

Are you getting this, or is it "over your head"?

Let's try link number three.

International, 22 times. Share 7 times. Share International? Zero!

So, Street.

You have asserted that that loony organization is "funded by the UN," and have offered as your proof something you hadn't read.

I did not have to click on the links because I scanned them, and none of them were about the funding of small NGO's, so I knew what I'd find. (It helps to know how the world works.) I did Cntl + F on the first link to confirm that what I showed you was the explanation for the search results.

Wouldn't it be appropriate to acknowledge now that Share International is NOT, as you claimed, "funded by the UN," and that you posted as a fact something you did not have any evidence was true?

You made it up, didn't you, Street?

If you didn't, you will provide one sentence that documents that it is the case.

You made it up and have just been busted.
