i would say it sealed the deal.. but as time went on you realised how much slower this system is to get info out and how time was one of the essential in the new short 10 minute later mm ploy... i dont think that the mm have any positions in any otc stocks and probably will continue to short until the s.e.c shows some balls and holds the mm's accountable like they are in every other market..
