mr mark, because you led the way I also downloaded the IE5.5 sp1. I didn't realize it was a full replacement for my existing IE5.5, about 16MB. But it's done now and I thank you for the push. :) The MS Win site doesn't really tell much about what is different, but I wouldn't be surprised if some bugs are gone - and some new ones appear. :)
