If your a Gore person you try to "manufacture" votes through hand recounts because you have no other choice.

Florida law says the hand counts are more accurate. Your charges of manufacturing votes are absurd. Hand recounts are the appropriate remedy in this case. Bush is trying to hold on to his meaningless 150 vote lead, and is compromising our democracy in the process.
